Typhoon Nando continues to strengthen as it crosses the Philippines. Its latest recorded location at 10:00 PM, September 21, was 350 kilometers northeast of Aparri, Cagayan.
The typhoon carries wind speeds of 205 kilometers per hour near the center, with gusts up to 250 kilometers per hour.
It is moving west northwest at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.
The wind field of Super Typhoon Nando covers approximately 600 kilometers from the center.

Typhoon Nando is expected to make landfall in the Babuyan Islands, either this morning or afternoon.
It is predicted to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Tuesday morning.
