As of 4:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon Bising was located 405 kilometers north-northwest of Itbayat, Batanes (24.3°N, 120.8°E).
It carries winds of 130 kilometers per hour near the center and gusts of up to 180 kilometers per hour.
Its current trajectory is at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour, heading northeast.
The span of the typhoon's wind is 390 kilometers from the center.
Signal number 1 has already been lifted in Batanes.
However, rain will persist in Metro Manila and the provinces of Luzon due to the monsoon.
High waves have been warned for the Ilocos Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Zambales, Bataan, Quezon, Occidental Mindoro, Masbate, and Romblon.
