The typhoon has wind speeds of up to 140 kilometers per hour near the center, with gustiness reaching up to 170 kilometers per hour.
It is slowly moving towards the northwest at 10 kilometers per hour.
The following areas are affected by the rainfall due to Typhoon Nando:
Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes.
The following areas, on the other hand, are experiencing rainfall due to the Southwest Monsoon:
Metro Manila, Visayas, MIMAROPA, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, remaining parts of the Bicol Region, CALABARZON, and Mindanao.
