Typhoon Ramil is set to traverse Central and Southern Luzon, according to the latest weather forecast by PAGASA.
Tropical Depression Ramil could make landfall tomorrow, October 18, in Catanduanes.
From there, it is expected to head west, northwest, crossing the mainland Bicol Region by tomorrow evening.
It could make its second landfall in Aurora or Quezon on Sunday, October 19, 2025.

After making landfall, Typhoon Ramil might also hit Northern and Central Luzon before reaching the West Philippine Sea by Sunday afternoon or evening.
Typhoon Ramil is estimated to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Monday, October 20, 2025.
If the typhoon veers south, its landfall area may change, and more provinces could be placed under Wind Signal.
Typhoon Ramil will continue to strengthen while over the Philippine Sea and might reach the tropical storm category within the next 12 hours.
It could also intensify into a tropical storm before making landfall.
As of 7:00 PM today, the center of Typhoon Ramil was located 595 kilometers east of Juban, Sorsogon.
It carries winds of 55 kilometers per hour near the center, with gusts reaching 70 kilometers per hour.
Wind Signal Number 1 has been raised over the following areas in Luzon: Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, eastern Mountain Province, Ifugao, eastern Pangasinan, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, eastern Bulacan, northern and eastern Quezon, along with Polillo Islands, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Burias Island, and Ticao Island.
