Typhoon Ramil, internationally known as Fengshen, was located in Tagkawayan, Quezon at 1:00 am today, October 19, 2025, maintaining a strength of 65 kilometers per hour near its center with gustiness of up to 110 kilometers per hour.

The typhoon is currently moving at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour towards the west-north-west in Bicol Region.

The storm is expected to make its final landfall in the vicinity of Aurora or Northern Quezon later this morning or in the afternoon.

The possibility of Typhoon Ramil making landfall in Southern Isabela instead of Aurora has not been ruled out.

After making its final landfall in the Philippines, Typhoon Ramil will traverse the mountainous region of Northern Luzon and is expected to emerge again over the waters of Pangasinan or La Union tonight.

The storm is estimated to have left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by the morning of October 20.
